Brand new villa, fully air-conditioned with two master en-suite. Both with walk-in showers and walk-in wardrobes. The master suite features a 27" LCD television. The three further beds, one has a queen double with en-suite. The two twin rooms have a shared bathroom with bathtub. All linen, towels and hairdryers are included. Large family room overlooks the pool area with patio doors leading on to the patio. It has cable television, phone, DVD player and mini Hi-Fi.

Games room with pool table, bikes, games and Playstation 2. There is a 42" Plasma TV in the lounge.

The kitchen / breakfast area is open plan with dining table and patio doors leading on to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with American refrigerator complete with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and much more. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The villa and pool are south-facing for plenty of sun all day. The pool and six-berth Jacuzzi is fully screened. For child safety we have fitted a safety screen around the pool.
