Our two families stayed at the villa in July 2011 and we had a great time.
The villa was very clean and well maintained. It is close to the Disney parks, Walmart, Publix and restaurants. Our children (two aged 8 and one aged 15) loved the pool, games room and playstation!
There was plenty of room in the villa for the seven of us. When we arrived there had been a storm earlier that day and the netting round the pool had been broken. We reported this to Terry (property manager) and it was fixed the next day. We had trouble setting the code in the safe but again Terry talked us through it and it was fixed – great service!
Booking the villa was very easy and straightforward. We would certainly look at booking this villa again. Rating 5 out of 5.

We had a great time. The weather was fantastic, every day was in the nineties and only one very short shower of rain. The family loved the heat but Nina and I would succomb by mid after noon and return to the villa. The pool was a godsend. We swam every day and the temperature was just right. We often had difficulty getting the grandchildren out to prepare for evening meals.
The villa. It was everything we could have wished for and more. We were very impressed by its comfort and the amenities it offered. The layout meant that my son and family had the upstairs and Nina and I used the two downstairs suites. They were really comfortable so much so that we had difficulty getting the family up in a morning and it was sometimes later than we would have planned before we left the villa. That's what being on holiday is all about. I loved the location and its closeness to the US27 and the I.4 made it easy to reach the majority of attractions.

"My family and I stayed in this home the 10-14 of June. We were so pleased with the property. It was everything they advertised it to be. My kids enjoyed splashing in the pool everyday, the games room was also a big hit.The ps2 was the best part of vacation for my ten year old. We will definitely enquire about this property for next summer's vacation. My only complaint was that we couldn't use the bikes as there were only 2 adult bikes and none for kids.
